A leading transportation services company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated Operations Coordinator to manage reservations and bookings. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in the transportation industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves a variety of operational tasks, including customer interactions and data management, making it essential for candidates to be meticulous and proactive. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as it facilitates liaising with Mandarin speaking clients, contributing to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Handle all reservations and quotations
• Update in FMS of all confirmed booking
• Prepare and submission ridership reports to a shuttle bus
• Prepare monthly booking summary for billing and verifications
• Update client list into FMS when any changes
• Follow up and reply to all the booking emails and enquiries and ensure confirmation
• Attend to the customer phone calls
• Prepare and submit driver clearance to clients if any
• Prepare log sheet when necessary
• Downloading of CCTV if there shall be any disputed matter
• Take turns managing the operations duty phone
• Ad hoc duties given by superior
Requirements
• Candidate should possess ‘N’/’O’ level/Diploma/Professional qualifications in any field
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Have initiative, drive, and motivation to work as a team
• Prefer candidates with the transportation industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Meticulous, organized, multi-tasking, and proactive
• Self-drive, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Singaporean preferred
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise mandarin speaking customers,
