About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.' in Singapore. This full-time role will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. What you'll be doing

  • Providing general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings
  • Handling correspondence, both written and verbal, and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating databases, filing systems, and other records to ensure information is accurate and easily accessible
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense claims
  • Providing support for special projects and events as required

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
