Job Title: Admin Assistant / Executive (Operations & Logistics)

Employment Type: Part-Time 6 month Contract / Interns or Students are welcome to apply!

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Location: On-the-job training at Jurong East; remote work after training

Salary: $700/month

Job Scope / Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer service calls; including addressing complaints and service issues.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with elderly / upset customers.
  • Coordinate with ground staff on daily job assignments / feedback.
  • Record and maintain accurate documentation of operation logs.
  • Track and follow up on any complaints or issues raised by clients.
  • Participate in daily Zoom meetings and remain available during scheduled working hours.
  • Given tasks to be completed within the same day (during working hours).

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, Zoom, and cloud-based tools.
  • Fluent in both spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially in handling sensitive or emotional customer interactions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • No experience required – full training will be provided.
  • Must attend on-the-job training at Jurong East before transitioning to remote work.
  • Able to work independently from home post-training.
