Job description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day operations in the education sector. You will help manage procurement, prepare documents, liaise with vendors, and keep administrative processes running smoothly.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at One Commonwealth — ideal for someone who enjoys structure, is confident with admin coordination, and has experience in enrichment centres or private education settings.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit Invitation to Quote (ITQ) documents for procurement
  • Update, organise, and manage admin documents and templates
  • Send documents to clients and track submissions for compliance
  • Coordinate with vendors and compare supplier quotations
  • Place and follow up on purchase orders
  • Handle general administrative tasks and take minutes during meetings
  • Maintain internal checklists, reports, and client-facing templates
  • Monitor pantry supplies and oversee office cleanliness
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in an admin or office support role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiar with procurement workflows and vendor coordination
  • Prior admin or ops experience in an enrichment centre, tuition centre, or private education setting is required!
