Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
Data Entry: Maintain and update SAP with accurate information related to production and inventory.
Document Management: Prepare, file, and retrieve documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Inventory Management: Track office and non-production supplies, place orders, and ensure timely restocking to avoid interruptions.
Report Preparation: Compile and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Support Production Team: Assist the production team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and managing work orders.
Compliance: Ensure all documentation and processes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), working knowledge of SAP, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Working Hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Location: Changi North, Singapore
Company Bus: Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
