Position: Admin Assistant - SIMPLE DUTIES
Location: Near Pasir Panjang MRT
Working hours: 5 days work week Monday - Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
To support daily operation activities, logistic documentations (release letter, requisition form), create and update schedules in MS Excel.
Receiving and arranging of stocks.
Liaising with logistics company to arrange incoming shipments from overseas suppliers.
Prepares Delivery Order, Goods Receipt Note, job sheet, Sale invoice, or other necessary logistic documents if required and liaise with service provider on the collection and delivery.
Requirements:
Attention to details, accuracy, time management, and ability to work under pressure, as well as collaborate and work as a team.
Able to maintain good concentration and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
