Job description
  • Position: Admin Assistant - SIMPLE DUTIES

  • Location: Near Pasir Panjang MRT

  • Working hours: 5 days work week Monday - Friday (9.30am - 6.30pm)

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + Performance Bonus + 14 days annual leaves

  • Duration: Permanent

  • Industry: Bathroom supply

Main Responsibilities:

  • To support daily operation activities, logistic documentations (release letter, requisition form), create and update schedules in MS Excel.

  • Receiving and arranging of stocks.

  • Liaising with logistics company to arrange incoming shipments from overseas suppliers.

  • Prepares Delivery Order, Goods Receipt Note, job sheet, Sale invoice, or other necessary logistic documents if required and liaise with service provider on the collection and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Attention to details, accuracy, time management, and ability to work under pressure, as well as collaborate and work as a team.

  • Able to maintain good concentration and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
