Job Description:

  • Accurately enter and update data in the customer’s maintenance tracking software.
  • Verify and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in generating reports and maintaining records.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely data updates.
  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
  • May require overtime and/or weekend work based on business needs.
  • Contract: 6 Months
