Job description

  • Position: Admin Assistant (Customer Service / Simple Duties ) - TUAS

  • Location: Tuas Ave (Company Transport to the nearest MRT will be provided)

  • Working hours: 5.5 Monday - Friday + ALTERNATE full Saturday (with Overtime Pay)

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 + (Overtime Pay for Saturdays) + 10 days Annual Leave additional 1 every year max of 14 days + Performance Bonus

  • Duration: Permanent

  • Industry: MANUFACTURE AND REPAIR OF ELECTRIC GENERATORS

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify orders / customer requests / invoices, resolving discrepancies swiftly

  • Maintain and update critical data in Excel and our internal databases

  • Assist department heads with projects, documentation, and day-to-day admin tasks

  • Coordinate with colleagues to gather information for precise record-keeping

  • Prepare and dispatch insurance documents and technical drawings to customers

  • Arrange external transport for machinery delivery and collection

  • Manage customer orders and enquiries with professionalism and speed

  • Handle filing, scheduling, document prep, and incoming call

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles

  • Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
