A leading company in Singapore is seeking an administrative support person to assist with general duties, customer service, and documentation. This role offers a friendly working environment with opportunities for growth, including yearly bonuses and increments. The company is looking for candidates with at least an O-Level education and good communication skills.

Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Support customer service team in attending to enquiries via phone or email
Coordinate with logistics team on delivery schedules and shipment arrangements
Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents
Update inventory or order records in system
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for smooth daily operations
Assist in generating reports and maintaining proper filing systems
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Minimum O-Level / N-Level / Diploma in any field
1–2 years of admin or customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication and coordination skills
