A leading company in the Retail Industry is seeking an Admin Assistant cum Customer Service Officer to join their team in Ubi. The role involves data entry, customer service, and various administrative duties in a dynamic environment. Candidates should possess effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Our Client, in the Retail Industry located in Ubi has opening for Admin Assistant cum Customer Service Officer.
5 Days work week / 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:
Data entry
Schedule planning into time slot given
Handle incoming calls and customers' enquiries over phone and text, delivering an excellent level of customer service.
Resolve all customer queries regarding dispenser issue, delivery time slot.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Handle printing and filing of invoices.
Maintain and monitor the inventory level of office supplies, distribution of office stationeries.
Provide product information, pricing details, delivery information to customer and directly customer accordingly to respective departments.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Handle technician/delivery man like passing /making sure they have the correct payment machine, correct documents for the scheduled job and enough goods.
