A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Coordinator (Operations Support) to prepare shipping documents and ensure timely dispatch. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in logistics is a plus. The role offers a salary of up to $3,200 plus benefits.
Position: Coordinator (Operations Support)
Location: Alexandra Road
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Electric Automotive Products
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents
Ensures timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistic providers
Check and process the freight billing from the logistic providers
Maintenance of payment process to suppliers and insurance application
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
At least 1 year of working experience in any field
Knowledge and/or experience in the logistics/supply chain field (will be an added advantage)
