Key Responsibilities:
Reception support:
- Greet and assist patients with their check in to the clinic, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Answer and direct phone calls, whatsapp messages and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources
- Assist patients with registration, insurance verification, and payment processing
- Provide information to patients about services, billing, and clinic policies
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accurate and confidential information handling
- Manage and monitor patient flow, ensuring minimal waiting times and smooth clinic operations
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and common spaces
Administrative Support:
- Maintain patient files, including digital records and physical paperwork
- Assist with managing clinic inventory, ordering supplies as needed
- Handle patient billing and payment inquiries, and assist with insurance claims processing
- Assist with data entry and updating clinic management systems
- Support the clinic team with administrative tasks such as coordinating follow-ups etc.
Requirements:

- Are tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Calendar, Excel, WhatsApp, and knowledge of clinic management software a bonus
- Are responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently
- Genuinely enjoy helping people and providing exceptional service
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or front desk roles
- Interest or background in healthcare, dentistry, or wellness sectors
- Experience with dental or medical software (e.g., Plato, Clinic Assist)
