A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to conduct client due diligence and manage administrative tasks. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in Business Administration or Accounting, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Job Responsibilities
Conduct conflict checks and background searches for prospective clients and engagements
Create project codes regularly for each individual client
Perform cabinet filings, simple ACRA filings, and purchase of Bizfile documents
Carry out client due diligence checks and searches via Bizfile and ACRA for potential assignments
Perform lodgements or cheque deposits with the Official Receiver/Assignee office (MinLaw)
Regularly update billing and collection status
Administer logistics and maintain storage records
Manage and process inter-departmental billings using completed collaboration forms
Assist in audit fee reconciliations by month-end
Support any other administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
