To support our expanding client base, we are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organised, and looking for flexible part-time work in a professional yet supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of insurance application forms and supporting documents
  • Update and maintain client records, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
  • Handle scheduling of client appointments and internal meetings
  • Support client servicing tasks such as follow-ups on medical checkups, pending documents, and policy servicing requests
  • Provide event and workshop support (e.g. preparing materials, registration lists)
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
  • Prior experience in administrative work preferred (insurance/finance background a bonus, but not required)
  • Independent, reliable, and willing to learn
Work Arrangement
  • Part-time role: approx. 8–15 hours per week (flexible schedule, some tasks can be done remotely)
  • Work location: mix of remote and office-based (Harbourfront-Labrador / central Singapore)
  • Pay range: $10–$15 per hour, depending on experience
