Admin Assistant (5 days)
Job description
- Perform invoicing and data entry in accounting system.
- Matching and verify sales and vendor invoices.
- Timely updating of account receivable/payable.
- Follow up on collection of overdue accounts.
- Generate payment vouchers to process payments.
- Prepare weekly/monthly debtor & creditors aging.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing.
- Monitor warehouses stock inventory and records.
- Coordinate with transporter/forwarder/logistic partner for shipping/delivery matters.
- Attend to visitors.
- Maintain office supplies such as stationery, paper, toner cartridge, pantry necessities, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Experience in MS Office and computer literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized and able to work independently
- Able to start on short notice is an advantage
- 5 days Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm, near Admiralty
