A leading company in Singapore is seeking an administrative professional to provide vital support in recruitment and various work pass matters. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Applications and have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. This role involves maintaining office conditions and liaising with government bodies to ensure compliance and proper records.
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support and assist in recruitment
Responsible for work pass related matters, check staff attendance, insurance claim/renewals and control of fuel cards/cash card
Reimbursement of all claims from Government online portal
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs and housekeeping
Liaises with government in all related matters (MOM, LTA, IRAS, NEA etc.)
Maintain proper insurance records and renewal for office, workmen, medical and vehicle insurance policy
Job Requirements
Nitec holder
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Applications
