Job summary

A leading outsourcing company in Singapore is seeking a Library Manager to oversee library operations, manage collections, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of library experience and strong organizational skills. This is an onsite role with a structured schedule, offering a monthly salary of $2700.

Nearest MRT: City Hall

Start Date: 1st October 2025
Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Salary: $2700

Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all library loans, returns, reservations, and user memberships.
  • Oversee daily newspaper operations and maintain newspaper collections.
  • Upload digital publications and manage content on the intranet and SharePoint.
  • Maintain library collection, including conducting shelf reading and updating display shelves.
  • Handle enquiries related to circulation and collection.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as forwarding tasks to officers, updating Welcome Notes, and managing staff movement records.
