Responsibilities:
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Support the team by performing tasks related to organization.
Prepare regularly scheduled reports by collecting and analyzing information accurately.
Prepare documents for clients as assigned.
Submit forms and documents for consultants and clients.
Handle clients’ and any sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Procure gifts for business purposes, such as client appreciation, employee recognition, or promotional events.
Prepare gifts for delivery to clients and employees.
Provide support for the manager and director through tasks as assigned.
Perform any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
Must be proficient in MS Office & Canva.
Prior experience within administration.
Independent and self-motivated.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
