Salary: Up to $3,300 Basic Salary (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)
Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract
Work Day: Mon to Fri
Work Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries
Requirements:
Minimally Diploma Holder
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a data entry role
