Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to support day-to-day operations in our office. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and accounting support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), and Quotations
  • Handle data entry for Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Maintain proper filing systems and document control
  • Perform general administrative support (printing, scanning, mailing, etc.)
  • Coordinate servicing and delivery schedules
  • Liaise and follow up with clients and internal teams
  • Answering phones, managing emails and other correspondence
  • Support the team in ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and admin processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
