GEOSTEEL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is hiring a full-time Admin Assistant in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. Apply now to be part of our team.

Job Summary:
  • Availability to work on the following days and shifts:
    • Monday to Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience required
  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,600 per month
Human Resources Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures for managers and staff
  • Manage work pass applications (WP/SPass/EP) and monitor expiry dates
  • Prepare confirmation letters and monitor contract renewals
  • Update and maintain employee records
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Maintain office furnishings, equipment, supplies, and support communication and computing systems
  • Perform reception duties and address general inquiries
  • Handle office security matters
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Minimum diploma qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Immediate availability or short-notice availability is an advantage
Skills and Competencies:
  • Thorough understanding of Singapore labour and employment laws
  • Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing
