Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in Administration within a global TIC business.

This role is based in Sungei Kadut Loop, Singapore.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the reception desk as required, including directing incoming calls and managing visitor arrivals and departures.
  2. Utilize the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency.
  3. Work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes.
  4. Organize couriers for local, UK, and international deliveries.
  5. Maintain the filing system.
  6. Prepare and manage mail and correspondence for overseas deliveries.
Skills / Qualifications
  • Minimum Nitec in Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and flexible individual.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality or safety.
