A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking an Admin Assistant for an entry-level position. The successful candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks, requiring proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good command of the Chinese language. Working days: 5 days a week, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Location: Site office near Tampines Fire Station (estimated to move to Pasir Ris after 2 years).
Note: Walking distance from bus stop to site office is approximately 15 minutes.
May need to work at multiple locations for reporting or assisting as per supervisor’s requirements.
