Job summary

A leading design consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative support professional. The role includes managing office facilities, handling travel arrangements, maintaining company records, and providing reception duties. The ideal candidate holds a diploma and has at least 3 years of relevant experience. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

Job description

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform a comprehensive and full spectrum of administrative support. Including travel arrangement such as flights, visa & hotel reservations

  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment. Secure and propose replacement as needed to avoid interruptions in office procedures

  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, filing of company documentations (eg. Employee records, Sick leave, annual leaves, etc)

  • Handle work pass applications, renewal, and cancellation

  • Processing and timely submission of tax clearance

  • Manning of the reception, including answering of incoming calls, arrangement of courier services, administrative duties in the absences of the receptionists when required

  • Assist in any other administrative assignment or special projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Able to work independently and ability to meet deadlines

  • Attentive to details and accuracy with strong sense of responsibility

  • Good team player and able to communicate well

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
