Job description

Job Description:

  1. Register data entry to a computerized system
  2. General administration including answering phone calls, receiving parcels, receipt of samples, filing, etc.
  3. Preparation of reports and invoices in given templates
  4. Any other duties as assigned when required

Requirements:

  1. A level, Nitec, WSQ certificates or equivalent
  2. Minimum 1 year’s working experience
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  4. Good command of both written and spoken English
  5. Able to work overtime when required
  6. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  7. Able to start work on short notice preferred
  8. Training and guidance will be provided
