A local funeral service provider in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle various office tasks. Responsibilities include managing funeral arrangements, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE 'O' Level, be meticulous, and work independently. Entry-level applicants are welcome.

Job Description
Handling office tasks.
Carry out all administrative procedures following the arrangement of funeral cremation, doing up funeral notices, online tribute sites, music requests and etc.
Assist in preparation of correspondences and documents.
Assist in arranging funeral hearse & bus transportation for family.
Perform administration duties inclusive of management of stationery, purchase and maintenance of office equipment/pantry.
Be responsible for company uniforms stock taking.
Be responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the office.
Able to communicate with team members and vendors.
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. uniforms, office keys and etc)
Prepare funeral cremation passes.
Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
Good attitute, Meticulous & able to work independently
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
Entry level are welcome
