A leading company in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential support in office operations. The role includes data entry, managing communications, and general administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should be team players with strong communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic Salary + AWS
Provide administrative and coordination support
Perform data-entry, recording, printing, and filing duties.
General office admin duties as assigned
Any ad-hoc administrative work as and when required or assigned by supervisor
Follow up with customer with good communications skill
Answer incoming phone calls, handle emails and enquiries.
Requirements:
Able to do multi-tasks and meet deadlines
Willing to learn and positive working attitude
Excellent Team player who is meticulous, efficient and pro-active
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Eg, Word & Excel, Google Sheets
