A leading company in the IT sector is seeking an administrative professional to join their team. The role involves coordinating documentation, providing customer service, managing schedules, and handling inquiries. This full-time position offers Monday to Friday working hours. Ideal candidates will have relevant admin experience and a diploma.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate documentation with the sales team
Provide customer service to end-users via phone/ email/ whatapps
Schedule deliveries with end-users and in-house drivers
Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries
Handle walk-in collection of IT equipment
Collect payment from end-users
Send daily delivery reminders to end-users
Maintain accurate and organizeddatarecords
Requirements:
At least 1 year of relevant admin experience
Possess minimum a diploma in any field.
Candidate who is able to start within short notice is preferred
Possess Good communication skills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6.30PM
