Job description

We are a specialist timber door supply and installation company in the construction industry, looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in day-to-day administrative tasks — particularly in quotation preparation, admin work and basic quantity surveying support - no prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

This full-time position is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and keen to grow within a fast-paced construction environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in preparing and issuing sales quotations, tender submissions, and pricing documents.

  • Support the project team with administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and follow-ups.

  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including data entry, document control, and follow-ups.

  • Help coordinate project-related activities and update internal trackers.

  • Maintain proper filing systems, record, and update internal trackers.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and timely response to internal and external queries.

  • Perform general office duties to support smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of relevant admin experience, preferably in construction or building materials industry. Also open to fresh graduates, or candidates looking to switch industries.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to construction industry workflows.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • A team player with good communication and organisational abilities.
