A local automotive company in Singapore is seeking a full-time Admin Assistant. Responsibilities include handling accident report submissions, liaising with customers, and maintaining office tidiness. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. We're Hiring: Admin Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Mega@Woodlands
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 10am – 7pm
• Saturday: 10am – 3pm (5.5 days work week)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle GIA accident report submissions
Liaise with walk-in customers and workshop staff
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of admin & work areas
Scan and file invoices, receipts & important documents
Perform ad-hoc admin support duties as assigned
*all above will be taught so zero experience is fine!*
