Job Responsibilities

  • Support management with administrative tasks and report compilation
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Manage legal files, ensuring they are properly organized, updated, and accessible.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Procedures for secure handling of patient data and repond to breaches or complaints
  • Maintain records of all approvals, licenses and certifications document.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business/Admin or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 to 2 years’ relevant administrative experience (medical fields are preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  • A positive attitude, adaptable to changes and open and wiling to learn
  • A proactive attitude to take initiative on matters and has a sense of responsibility for the work given
