You will provide administrative support to our accounting team, assisting with various tasks including data entry, report generation, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in office applications.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and ordering office supplies.
Perform data entry tasks such as entering financial transactions into accounting software.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Follow up with customers for payments promptly.
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills
