Job summary:
  • Looking for candidates available to work:
    • Monday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Thursday: Morning, Afternoon
    • Friday: Morning, Afternoon
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $2,600 - $3,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Government agencies on delivery/collection matter

  • Liaising with the Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after-sales matters

  • Arrange delivery schedule for in-house drivers on daily basis

  • Arrange engineer for inspecting and verification of IT peripherals before collection

  • Maintain accurate and neat asset inventory and data records

  • Prepare and submit monthly reports for each tender

  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries

  • Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies

  • Good communication skills and able to work independently

  • Able to work in fast-paced environment

  • Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders

  • Proficient in MS Words/Excel

Others:

  • Able to start immediately

  • 5 days work week from Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm
