A local facilities management company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage office infrastructure and employee logistics. Responsibilities include facilities management, transport coordination, and housing logistics. Candidates should possess a diploma in Facilities Management or Business Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome as guidance will be provided for training.
Operate end-to-end administrative operations with dual focus on infrastructure management (offices/vehicles) and employee logistics (housing/transport). Drive operational excellence through strategic facility planning and compliance with Singapore regulatory standards.
1. Office & Facilities Management including maintaining office equipment (HVAC/IT/Furniture/Printer/Coffee machine and etc.)
2. Transport & Fleet Coordination:
Lease and rental company vehicles(vans/lorries)
Manage insurance/ road tax documentation
Implement GPS tracking and servicing schedules.
3. Staff housing and logistics:
Source and manage HDB/condo rentals compliant with MOM/SCDF standards
Conduct quarterly safety inspections and repairs
Assist in resolving tenant issues and optimize housing costs (
4. General Administration:
Office supplies procurement and document control (contracts/licenses)
5. Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
1. Diploma in Facilities Management/Business Administration and above is prefered.
2. Basic understanding of MOM housing standards and LTA vehicle requirement will be an advantage.
3. Welcome fresh/admin with no experience. Guidence will be provided.
Will be working at Regus shared office at Jurong East(Vision Exchange) S608526 until the end of September 2025. Then we will move to new office at Pantech office at 196 Pandan Loop S128384.
