Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Verantwortlich für die Kundenakquise und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben wie Datenpflege und Rechnungsstellung.

Job description

Job Title: Admin Assistant
Monthly Salary: UP to $2500 (Negotiable)
Working Address: Either one of the following (Eunos , Punggol, or West Coast Plaza)

Working hours: 5 days work week, including weekends (9am to 6pm. Compulsory work on weekends.)

Responsibilities and duties
- Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to their community
- Make sure weekly invoices are sent accurately and timely to our customers via WaveApp. Ensure that payments are also promptly received and recorded with receipts sent
- Be the administrative point of contact for parents to check if they are continuing with our regular programs, and find out the reason if they are not so as to escalate to the Customer Success team
- Prepare class certificates for students who have completed the modules (regular programs and/or holiday camps)
- Maintain customer relationships and build a strong Kodecoon community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
- Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
- Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. data entry, sorting out data and research

Qualification and Requirements
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Mother Tongue is a plus!
- Drive, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, detail-oriented and ability to manage different projects at once
- Get things done attitude, self-driven
- You are very meticulous and independent, able to set own priorities with time
