Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily financial transactions.
  • Issue Invoice & PO
  • Verify subcontractor/vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:
-At least 1 years of working experience.
-Well organized, meticulous, good team player and detailed
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
-Effective at prioritizing, organizing.
-Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervise
-Able to read and write Mandarin.
