A leading construction company in Singapore seeks a project administrator to manage project material reporting, monitor payment progress, and liaise with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in project documentation, procurement, and basic knowledge of employment legislation.
Qualifications
- 2 years working experience.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly Project Material usage report.
- Monitor Monthly Progress Project Payment Update.
- Track and update all Foreign Worker Medical Certificate & Hospitalisation Leave.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
Job Scope
- Prepare Monthly Project Material usage report
- Monitor Monthly Progress Project Payment Update
- Calculation of Foreign Worker time card
- Track and update all Foreign Worker Medical Certificate & Hospitalisation Leave
- Monitoring, distribution, and tracking ordering of safety shoes, and hand gloves for site supervisors & workers
- Process Non-Inventory Purchase
- Procurement of Project materials (ad-hoc)
- Assisting in DO, Purchase Order, and Project Invoicing
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, Main Contractor, and Subcontractor as & when required
- Prepare relevant documentation for all sites
- Assist with Site Supervisor Monthly Claim
- Documentation and simple processing duties
- Ad-hoc administration duties
Requirement:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Simple knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and/or local labour legislation
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
