  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month

SUMMARY:

• Provide administrative support to the Ship Repair Department

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist to issue Purchase Requisition with Purchasing Department on procurement of ship repair items.

• Assist to issue Service Order/ Purchase Order for ship repair services (E.g. Contractor's repair work)

• To manage petty cash / reimbursement for the department.

• Ship Repair work done report compilation to a dossier to ship owner.

• Coordinate with Finance & HR on invoices verifications, perform goods receipt via SAGE 300.

• Monitor and replenish stationery and pantry drinking water suppiles.

• Provide administrative support to the Department

• Issue medical chit for general worker.

• Records of general worker & supervisor leave / MC.

• Assist HR on renewal of worker's passport occasionally.

• Process of monthly worker overtime to HR Department to process payroll via Timesoft System

• Monthly Shipyard fresh water supply records submission to MPA via Marinet

• Manage / monitor taxi card for owner representative.

• Taking minutes of meeting.

• Any other ad-hoc job assigned by General Manager.
