As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and paper.
Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as room reservations and agendas.
Assist in bookkeeping and monitoring budgets as needed.
Provide support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess Nitec / GCE O levels
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
