We are a Math specialist tuition centre specialised in providing Math tuition classes for students from Upper Primary to JC levels and our mission is to help students develop deep roots in mathematics—building a solid foundation of understanding, confidence, and curiosity.
Role Overview: We’re looking for an Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our tuition centre. You’ll handle registrations, payments, and scheduling, and help students and parents with basic enquiries. You’ll also support the team with backend tasks to keep operations smooth. If you're reliable, organised, and able to handle details well, this role could be a great fit.
Front Desk & Customer Support
Greet parents and students in person and over the phone
Answer enquiries clearly and politely
Guide parents through registration, trial bookings, and payment process
Scheduling & Coordination
Help with class scheduling and updates
Assist with rescheduling and cancellations
Coordinate make-up classes and keep attendance records up to date
Admin & Records
Maintain accurate student records and fee payment status
Prepare simple reports when needed (e.g. attendance, billing summaries)
Assist with filing, data entry, and general administrative duties
Team Support
Work closely with teachers and managers to support centre needs
Assist with logistics (e.g. preparing materials, printing worksheets)
Keep the front desk area tidy and organised

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, enrolment management or administrative roles, preferably in the education sector.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and enrolment management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
Option 1: 4 weekdays (12:00pm–8:00pm) and 1 weekend (10.30am-7.30pm)
Option 2: 3 weekdays (12:00pm–8:00pm) and 2 weekends (10.30am-7.30pm)
