Qualifications

Job description

In order to meet with our expansion needs, we are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as an Admin Assistant. The Admin Assistant is an important part of our company, ensuring our records are well maintained so that our operations may run smoothly. He/she supports the company, being in frequent contact with our clients and other employees to ensure good communication. The position of an Admin Assistant is a supportive role and candidates with strong organisational and time-management skills would be favourably considered.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general admin work such as filing of invoices, delivery orders, service reports and other documents
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to answer questions, address complaints, explain information, and direct contact to relevant personnel
  • Maintain an accurate register of client details and equipment information
  • Create and maintain an updated record of contracts and maintenance schedule
  • Maintain an accurate record of jobs
  • Sending service report and submission of invoice to relevant parties
  • Follow up on Accounts Receivables to ensure prompt payments
  • Checking inventory of office supplies regularly and replenish when necessary
  • Ad-hoc and other works as assigned by superiors

Preferred Qualifications and Qualities

  • Minimum GCE 'O' levels
  • Possess Microsoft EXCEL and WORD skills
  • Experience in customer service or sales admin support will be an advantage
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mother Tongue
  • Teachable, willing-to-learn attitude
  • Pleasant disposition to handle customer enquiries
  • Independent
  • Singaporean only
