Job description

Responsible for day-to-day front desk reception duties, answering phone calls, etc.

Provide administrative support for the full scope of office management, including upkeeping and maintenance of the office and its supplies.

Support the tender team in preparing quotations.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments, and planning meetings.

Report to the Director.

Perform any other ad hoc tasks related to HR, Admin, Finance, or Sales support.
