Handling Levy waiver applications.
Purchasing air tickets for home leave or resign/terminated service workers, and managing work permit cancellations.
Applying for and renewing Work Passes for workers.
Planning and scheduling for new workers, including issuing SG arrival cards, booking slots at the Migrant Worker Onboard Centre (MWOC), arranging transport, facilitating dormitory check-in, and coordinating WSQ Training Courses.
Managing purchase orders for office stationery, uniforms, workers’ Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and job site equipment.
Preparing and amending HR documents such as employment contracts and recruitment guides.
Reviewing and renewing company insurance, including leasing contracts, vehicle insurance & road tax, and dormitory renewals.
Calculating workers’ monthly utilities bills.
Assisting with various internal arrangements.
Handling employee inquiries and concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on procedures.
