About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to join the team at Practical Mediscience Pte Ltd, based in the Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.


Employment Scope:


Order Management:

  • Process invoice/ delivery order accurately and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Plan for delivery schedule and liaise with warehouse, logistic team and customer to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor inventory availability and liaise with the warehouse or procurement team as needed.
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure all documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices) is complete.
  • Handling a range of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Support all administrative works assign and Ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors.

Customer Service:

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide updates on order status, shipment, or any issues.

Purchase and shipment:

  • Create , follow up purchase order
  • Arrange for shipment
  • Perform verification and Good receipt for incoming shipment.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Follow up on overdue payments and assist in credit control if needed.

What we're looking for

GCE "N" or "O" Level
  • - ITE Certificate / Diploma
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role would be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
