- Work pass will be provided for this role
- Expected salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month
- This role is an urgent hire
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Ship Repair Department
- Assist to issue Purchase Requisition with Purchasing Department on procurement of ship repair items.
- Assist to issue Service Order/ Purchase Order for ship repair services (E.g. Contractor's repair work)
- Manage petty cash / reimbursement for the department.
- Compile Ship Repair work done report to a dossier for ship owner.
- Coordinate with Finance & HR on invoice verifications, perform goods receipt via SAGE 300.
- Monitor and replenish stationery and pantry drinking water supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the Department.
- Issue medical chit for general workers.
- Maintain records of general worker & supervisor leave / MC.
- Assist HR on renewal of worker's passport occasionally.
- Process monthly worker overtime to HR Department for payroll via Timesoft System.
- Submit monthly Shipyard fresh water supply records to MPA via Marinet.
- Manage / monitor taxi card for owner representative.
- Take minutes of meetings.
- Any other ad-hoc jobs assigned by General Manager.
