A leading engineering company is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to assist the Maintenance Department. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing correspondence, and providing general administrative assistance. Ideal candidates will have 'O' Level qualifications and good organization skills, ready to contribute to a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
· Min ‘O’ Level qualifications
· Preferably with 1-2 years working experience
Responsibilities:
· Provide admin support to the Maintenance Department
· Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance activities and inspections
· Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contractors
· Typing of Order / Quotations
· Filing of reports, forms and correspondences
· Attend to enquiries from external parties
· Perform adhoc administrative duties as and when assigned
Other Details:
· We operate on 5 ½ day week with alternate Saturday Off
· Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat)
· Working location: Bukit Batok Crescent
