A leading company in water heating solutions is seeking an Administrative Support staff to assist with order management and marketing tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, handle discrepancies, and maintain effective communication while managing data entry and administrative duties. Candidates should have a diploma in Business Administration and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
1. Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely, quality, and quantity-compliant deliveries.
2. Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping problems, and invoice discrepancies.
3. Assist in Data entry for incoming goods to Business Central systems.
4. Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing department, invoicing, and inventory of promotional materials
5. Organize Filing and paperwork
6. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team leader
