Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
  2. Collaborate with the Director and provide assistance with all aspects of his daily work schedule.
  3. Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and filings.
  4. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
  5. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  6. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries while coordinating with colleagues and external parties.
  7. Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and spreadsheets, ensuring proper formatting and accuracy of documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  8. Assist with the planning and execution of company events, special projects, or presentations.
  9. Order, stock, and distribute office supplies while monitoring inventory levels.

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
  3. Proficient in using MS Office.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to multi-task.
