A leading company seeks an administrative support role to assist various departments with daily tasks. This position is open to fresh graduates and offers training, focusing on multitasking and teamwork. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and can learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist on administrative duties to provide support to various departments
2. Undertake daily admin duties such as handle administrative paperwork, filing of documents, data entry etc
3. Assist in office management tasks such as ordering of supplies, managing vendors.
4.Assist in inventory management and purchasing orders.
5. Other ad hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements:
1. No working experience/ fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
2. Training and support provided
3. Positive working attitude, strong team player, and willing to learn
4. Able to handle multi-task
5. Knowledge and experience in Admin will be an added advantage.
