Admin and Programme Support | Govt Agency
Location: Buona Vista
Salary: $13.00/hr
Working Hours: Mon -Thu (830am-6pm), Fri (830am-5pm
Contract Duration: 6 months
Job Scope:
Support end-to-end coordination of training programmes (virtual/in-person)
Manage logistics, materials, catering, and classroom setup
Assist with billing, procurement, and item tracking
Provide admin support for surveys, interviews, and events
Liaise with internal teams, associates, and vendors
Cover team duties and general admin tasks when needed
Requirements:
Polytechnic/ITE graduate with 2 years of relevant experience in program/event admin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Meet, and MS Teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
